Can i charge two cellphones at the same time?
Yes, but when using the USB-A and USB-C outputs simultaneously, the maximum current in total is 5V/4.8A, that is to say it won't support fast charge at this time.
Can it charge my iphone, iPad or jackery power station ?
You can use the USB-A and USB-C port to charge your iPhone or iPad, but we don't provide the lightning cable for Apple devices. 20V/1.8A DC output is compatible with some mini power station( less than 150Wh ) or battery packs.
What does the red indicator mean?
The red LED indicator will be on while normal charging; when it is short-circuit, the led indicator will flash.
With the 20W PD USB-C be able to charge a laptop ?
Yes, but the charging speed will be slow, so we don't suggest you to charge laptops.
