I now carry two different manufacturer's of this same panel. the original was a 90 mm x 60 mm I now carry a 80 mm x 60 mm version. Same 4 volts and 150 mA just a little smaller footprint. YEA I HAD SOMEONE THINK THAT. 4 VOLT 150MA. .6 WATT Mini Solar Panel 90mm x 60mm ( 3 1/2 x 2 3/8 ) 2mm thick ( about 3/32 ) or ( 80 mm x 60 mm 3 1/8 x 2 3/8) made with 16 solar cells wired 4 volts 150 ma Each panel has had the tabbing wire covered in a thin black tape which give the panel a real nice look compared to leaving the tabbing wire exposed. virtually indestructible two positive and two negative contact points on the back, soldering is easy you can either solder your leads to the already soldered contact points near the edge or to the copper contact points. Clearly marked as + and - great for projects, so easy to use and the fact that they are virtually indestructible makes it safe. combine the panels in series to add up your volts to your desired level or wire them in parallel to add up the amps or any combination of series and parallel wiring.
