Shipping: These panels are too big to ship with a normal parcel carrier such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. These ship on a pallet via a trucking company . With pallet shipments, the cost difference between a single panel or 10 panels is very little. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote as shipping rates are constantly changing. Freight is based on weight and distance, so when requesting a quote please inform us if you need residential delivery with liftgate service or will it be delivered to a commercial building with a lift or dock (we need the name of the business) or do you want it to go to the closest freight terminal.   We also need a zip code and how many panels you want to purchase. We process orders based on when they were received and paid.  We also sell in store and on our website, so we are diligently working to ship orders as quickly as possible. Due to an increase in orders and staff shortages, processing and shipping times have increased. We are currently shipping between 15 - 20 business days after payment. Occasionally it might take longer. You should receive a tracking number along with other important information when your panels have shipped. RETURNS: At SanTan Solar, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with the original package within 60 days if they are undamaged and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Other extenuating circumstances require special authorization. SanTan Solar will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order.
