This is a customer refused shipment from a major US retailer.  It has been inspected and then tested upon receipt back in our facility. It may show some minor signs sticker residue, minor scratches or other cosmetic imperfections on the case from handling.  It will be re-boxed in a new shipping box for re-shipment to the buyer. PLEASE NOTE: Rated power output is under ideal conditions with full sun and the solar panels pointed at a 45-degree angle directly towards the sun. Anything else will result in a significant power drop. Portable solar cell panels are great under certain circumstances, but they are not a miracle hands-off power source! They require constant realignment with the sun to achieve rated power. over time.
