The Batteries will not charge. I believe they have discharged below a specific threshold and are now asleep and need to be wakened. Something about a safety chip inside modern batteries etc... There are various methods on how to do this. This is as far as I have researched it. I make no guarantees. So I am selling these as Parts or Repair, Sold as is.
