Brand new vintage Solarex Solar Cool Safari Hat with solar panel in box

You are buying a brand new in the box Solarex Solar Cool Safari Hat in the original box with instructions and the hat has been wrapped in plastic.  The hat has been tested and the fan works with batteries but I can only get the can to turn subtly with the solar panel.  The has is made of very lightweight material and has an adjustable band and battery holder.  You are buying AS-IS with no warranties and no returns.  You may need to replace the solar panel.  Again there is a 2 page manual included with the hat.
