We reserve the right to cancel the order if no payment received in 3 days after the order placed. We reserve the right to deny any payment that we consider fraudulent and suspicious. Free economy shipping ONLY applies to contiguous United State (lower 48 states). Signature, direct or indirect, may be required. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any third-party software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact us If your problem cannot be resolved by phone, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement.
