"Flex 5" Portable roll-up Solar Panel "Battery Saver" for 12V-18V

This IC Global roll-up "Battery Saver" solar panel has been opened, but is in new condition. The roll-up feature makes it ideal for portable situations needing a solar panel for charging batteries and other applications.  Open circuit voltage is 24 volts, so it can be used to charge anything below 18 volts. About 300 milliamps short-circuit current.  Wattage is about 5.  See specifications in the photos. The flexible roll-up feature makes it great for sporting applications when you need to pack a panel into the woods without it taking up a lot of space. Also makes storage easy.
