Easy to work with.
No tedious tabbing like regular solar cells , just  solder tabbing wire cell to cell.  very simple soldering.
Flexible solar cells  are more pliable making them much harder to break than traditional cells.
All soldering is on the back of the cell, each cell has a (pos) edge and a (neg) edge, clearly marked with a ( +) or (-) , simply solder  a (+) edge to a (-) edge for series wiring.
Even if you bend( crease)  a cell it will still  work , just like a good cell. Thanks to Sunpower's unique design using  copper backed mono cells. A very thin mono cell  attached to a thin copper backing.
It's hard to see in the pictures but some cells have a light blue "streak"  more like wispy cloud pattern on them , it does not affect the performance. It is just a visual imperfection.
Each order comes with a 4 page printout ( history, hints, soldering tips,) and a schematic ( really the schematic is for 36 ex6 regular solar cells) but it give you a perspective.
