You are buying a lot of 16 stainless steel lateral clips for Solyndra 100 or 150 series solar modules.  These are used to join Solyndra panels mechanically across columns.  The clips include teeth to bite through the oxide layer on the aluminum modules frames to establish a good electrical ground.
