Panels are straight from the Manufacturer. They are Grade B brand new. They qualify for the federal tax incentive. They are UL listed for Grid Tie installation. This auction is for a partial pallet of 10 panels and includes freight to a residence with lift gate service within the lower 48 states, continental USA. What is grade B though? Grade B panels have visual defects that do not affect performance. Cell spacing could be off, could be a scratch on the frame, etc. In the video you'll see some silicone on this particular panel that is on the glass but comes off with my fingernail.
