arness to allow this kit to work with any Torqeedo 29.6v electric outboard that has a solar charging port. The panels have nothing on the back so you are not confined to a glue down only install. Velcro, glue on grommets, butyl tape or waterproof tape are just a few of the optional ways these panels could be attached. I bought a lot of these panels for two large projects I have been working on for the last few years and now I am selling the extra Ascent flexible panels.  These have a 2009 date but that is when the cells were built and they were assembled last year and have not been exposed to light until then. The panels output is perfect for the Torqeedo and work great in a marine environment.  The parnels are american made but the harness has some parts that are from china. This is only because we could not source the american made parts needed.  we only have a limited number of these kits to sell. Made in USA  these are CIGS (copper, indium, gallium, selenium) on a polyamide substrate and covered with ETFE 280. And unlike most CIGS they are NOT GREEN but rather a good looking mixed shade of dark gray, so they look nice where ever you mount them unlike the Green Cigs. These panels are perfect for Marine or any use where you need a quality flexible thin film panel. The solar panel plug has been converted to weather proof connectors that will allow the use of the 9' 3" two conductor wiring harness.
