There are two mounts per panel attached to the rail on the long side of the panel. A panel is placed on the mounts by clipping them in on what is pictured the right side of the mount. To clip in the panel one tilts the panel at say a 45-degree angle and the panel is lowered (twisted) into the mount's clip. As the panel is lowered to laying flat a second pair of mounts are positioned on the roof to support the panel on what is pictured as the left side of the mount.
