These are over stock, customer returns, buyers remorse etc. They are verified that they work. Some might have cosmetic scratches, but all are working. I have placed these in the sun and I have received a reading with each and ever one . They are shipped in factory or brown box

 I offer a 30 days replacement no questions asked. If the item is broken, i require a picture for confirmation and then i will send a replacement.

American customers,

I deliver to and ship from Ny State every Wednesday.
This means that if you purchase something on Thursday, it will only be delivered to the Mail on the following Wednesday.

This means you could wait 6 days till the item is placed in the mail.
