Description: We will be requiring a minimum of 10 panels for shipping! If you are looking to buy less than 10 panels, you will still be able to do local pickup at either of our locations. If you are picking up locally and need your panels strapped to a pallet, there will be an additional charge of $50 for the pallet fee. This listing is for a 250W 60 Cell Poly solar panel. These are used panels. Mfg labels have been removed and no longer has the mfg model and UL information. This typically creates issues with permitting. Because of this they are best suited for off grid applications. “These panels have developed cell-side vinyl cracking, which is cracking in the vinyl layering beneath the cells. This has allowed for water intrusion, which has caused discoloration on the vinyl and busbars. They may contain other blemishes such as snail trails or minor surface scratches. Please see pictures for more details. These panels are too big to ship with a normal parcel carrier such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. These ship on a pallet via a trucking company.
With pallet shipments, the cost difference between a single panel or 10 panels is very little. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote as shipping rates are constantly changing. Freight is based on weight and distance, so when requesting a quote please inform us if you need residential delivery with liftgate service or will it be delivered to a commercial building with a lift or dock (we need the name of the business) or do you want it to go to the closest freight terminal. We also need a zip code and how many panels you want to purchase.
We process orders based on when they were received and paid. We also sell in store and on our website, so we are diligently working to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Due to an increase in orders and staff shortages, processing and shipping times have increased. We are currently shipping between 15 - 20 business days after payment.
Occasionally it might take longer. You should receive a tracking number along with other important information when your panels have shipped.
We are also no longer issuing replacement panels on any orders that have panels damaged in shipping. Due to this, we highly recommend ordering more panels than needed for your project. We will still issue the credit back to you for any damage that occurs during shipping. RETURNS:
