These panels are too big to ship with a normal parcel carrier such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. These ship on a pallet via a trucking company.
With pallet shipments, the cost difference between a single panel or 10 panels is very little. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote as shipping rates are constantly changing. Freight is based on weight and distance, so when requesting a quote please inform us if you need residential delivery with liftgate service or will it be delivered to a commercial building with a lift or dock (we need the name of the business) or do you want it to go to the closest freight terminal. We also need a zip code and how many panels you want to purchase.
We process orders based on when they were received and paid.  We also sell in store and on our website, so we are diligently working to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Due to an increase in orders and staff shortages, processing and shipping times have increased. We are currently shipping between 14-21 business days after payment.
Occasionally it might take longer. You should receive a tracking number along with other important information when your panels have shipped.
We ship to the continental 48 United States, HI, AK and PR.
Due to freight carrier restrictions, we cannot guarantee that the freight carrier will be able to deliver to an address in a rural area. This includes but is not limited to areas with dirt roads, gravel roads, and long driveways with limited access. RETURNS:

For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with the original package within 60 days if they are undamaged and unmodified.
